These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by EliteForce Tech Ltd.

1. Services

We provide software consulting, development, and IT-related services to clients located in Canada, the United States, and other regions.

2. Outsourcing of Services

Portions of work may be subcontracted to qualified professionals located outsideCanada. We remain responsible for overall service delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, approvals, and materials necessary for project completion.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, intellectual property rights for paid work transfer to the client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. We, along with our directors, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any damages you or others may experience from using this site. This includes direct or indirect losses, lost profits or revenue, loss of data, or any other related damages, even if we were warned that such losses could occur.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or legal claim related to these Terms or your use of the Site must be resolved in the courts located in the Province of Alberta, and both parties agree to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
